'TEDPoP' can be purchased through leading crowdfunding platform 'Kickstarter' in early May. There will be a separate campaign through which you will be able to back and purchase 'TEDPoP' at special discounted price. You will be able to visit the campaign page through main slider on our website or Kickstarter official web page.

Kickstarter is a funding platform for creative projects. Everything from film, games, and music to art, design, and technology. Kickstarter is full of ambitious, innovative, and imaginative projects that are brought to life through the direct support of others. Every project creator sets their project's funding goal and deadline. If people like the project, they can pledge money to make it happen. If the project succeeds in reaching its funding goal, all backers' credit cards are charged when time expires. Funding on Kickstarter is all-or-nothing. If the project falls short of its funding goal, no one is charged. Backers pledge money for different reasons. Some backers are rallying around their friends' projects. Some are supporting people they've long admired. Many are just inspired by a new idea. Others are inspired by a project's rewards — a copy of what's being made, a limited edition, or a custom experience related to the project.

We understand that many of our backers start planning for trips when they back our project. We have been talking with global distribution companies and partners for months to make sure your “TEDPoP” reaches you on time. At this point we have finalized all aspects of production and logistics in order to make sure we are able to deliver the right product at promised times. We will regularly release update posts and e-mails so you will always know the status of your product. If you come across any question or issue related to the “TEDPoP”, please feel free to reach out. We will be standing by to get back to you as soon as possible, and make sure you continue to feel connected with us.

Our team at TEDS is doing everything we can to keep the shipping on time. Our goal is to deliver your “TEDPoP” by “September” and “October” at the latest. At the end of the campaign, we will send you a survey for you to confirm your shipping details, and we will also update you at that time. We plan to start shipping the Super Early Bird batch in early “August” and delivering in “September”. Early Bird and Kickstarter Special batches will be continuously produced and shipped right after the Super Early Bird batch and will have a minimum delivery difference as one month at the longest. Shipping is free within USA and depending on the number of backers in countries outside the USA, there are chances that delivery will become free of charge globally.

Right after the campaign ends, you will be receiving a survey e-mail to confirm general information and shipping details. It will also include a section where you can choose your product color. You will be able to change your decision until your shipping date gets confirmed. To get a better idea on colors, please check our color variation in our main Kickstarter campaign page.

Before the campaign ends, visit the project page and click the blue “Manage" button that appears next to your pledge amount and then select "Change your pledge" on the following page. Add the accessory pledge amount to your total pledge amount. After the campaign ends, you will be able to confirm your pledge details and make any necessary changes as well through the survey e-mail that will go out to all of our backers.

If the product has a defect in itself in the initial delivery, an exchange is available for free in a year. For failures from the problem of the product itself, after-sales service is offered for free for 2 years.

Credit and Debit Cards associated with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB or Discover can be used. Financing options are currently not available for Kickstarter at the moment.

After the campaign ends, we will send out a survey to everyone who backed our campaign. Through survey you will be able to confirm your general identification, shipping information, and what colors/accessories you wanted with it. No payments will be deducted from your account until the end of the campaign.

If you live outside of the United States, you will be responsible for the customs clearance, duties, taxes and picking up your “TEDPoP” at the closest city/port of entry (or trucking to the final destination). The shipping on Kickstarter is only to the select cities/ports of entry listed on our shipping page. For detailed information, please contact the shipping partners listed on our site to be advised on the customs clearance process and pick up (or arrange final transportation to your doorstep). * For Non-USA backers : If your country has a free trade agreement (FTA) with South Korea, import duties will be lower or non-existent. Import taxes and duties can vary significantly from country to country. Taxes and duties will depend on your country’s tax rate and duties at the port of entry.
